A Distribution Investment Platform for Nigeria

Its investment strategy draws on the operating experience of KAYZ Consortium Limited, a Nigerian smart metering business in which INTERSTE has an indirect investment interest.

INTERSTE is developing a platform to invest in electricity distribution infrastructure in Nigeria through its Nigerian project company, Tuchman Marketing and Services Limited (RC 1880742). The project company holds exclusive offtake rights from multiple independent power producers (IPPs) for sale into the networks of different licensed distribution companies (DisCos), and invests in ring-fenced franchise areas within those networks.
